In my Grandfathers collection a "WM" 1776 New Hampshire Copper, and like the rest of us, I'm holding my breath,,,BUT...how do I tell if it's the Gold Nugget of coin collectors everywhere. While this one is definitely fake, the fact that it is cast is not a determining factor. While little is known about the original coins they were actually cast, not struck.
