I am only seeing Die Deterioration Doubling. Not a DDO or a DDR.

To be fair, Coop, that's a pretty dramatic doubled die example you chose. A lot of the ones listed on variety vista are so minor I can't even see what they're seeing in the example pictures sometimes! (I usually just skip looking for them if they're not at least pretty noticeable, though)

I would take it by a coin shop to get an opion.I wouldnt make a special trip just for this coin,but if you go ,take it .

The coin shops know nothing about varieties. Unless they are slabbed. They are there just to sell coins. (That is usually the response we get here most of the time)
