recently slabbed. The 1 and the 9 is just a toning mark.

In terms of eye appeal, the nice radial mint luster helps lift the value, the blotchy toning drags the value down.

Other than that, I agree with the grading opinions expressed so far, although with screen pictures alone, it is very hard to differentiate between MS-65 and MS-67, so I will go straight down the middle of the fairway.

If it wasn't for the hit on the R in LIB and the toning...would have been 68...so I'll say 67.
