Thanks for looking, drop a line and tell me what you think this would grade at and if it should be sent in or not. Thanks!

I'm not an expert at grading Kennedy half dollars, but I'll say MS-63

My first impression is MS63. But I tend to picky with Kennedy halves.

And its definitely not worth sending in. You would pay more to get it slabbed than the value of the coin by far.

If a coin is not worth ~150.00 then the costs of grading won't be worth it. You end up with a coin that cost more to slab than what it was worth. Unfortunately people send in a lot of coins that can never be worth what the grading services charge (the companies don't mind!). A lot of people fall for the marketers' idea that all nice looking coins NEED to be slabbed, or all nice looking coins will bring in big profits if in a slab. Not so.

MS63 for me. Not worth submitting to a TPG.

I'll say MS-62. Lots of chatter on neck, cheek and left obverse field.

Kennedy should have fired his barber for giving him a shave and cutting his neck so much...plus I heard he used an electric shaver...

I like the strike and luster of that coin but face and neck is the main issue . MS-63 .

Except for the neck chatter it's a nice coin. MS-63.
