1943 P Nickel Help Identifying If Error

I'm trying to see if this nickel I found is an error coin.
The front of his mouth is some kind of blob and on the neck/collar there is some sort of issue, corrosion maybe. Thanks.

Corrosion maybe? Then again I'm really bad at stuff Like this so dont take information from me

It looks like it suffered a harsh cleaning to me. Might be a lamination but lean toward corroded. Can't really tell.

I tried to upload the back side.. I'm trying to learn to use this forum board. I think the man who I got it from said he found it why metal detecting. So it could be corrosion
