So I am new to the community and know very little about coins but am very interested to learn. As I was looking through some pocket change and armed with my knowledge from the youtube I think I found 3 errors on this quarter. I see doubling on both sides and theres a UFO looking error by the american flag. The quarter is in great shape I was just wondering if I was correct on this find and needed to know if it was worth getting graded.

First pic is a bit blurry, but I do see the doubling. The UFO thing does look a little weird. I'm not an expert in errors, but I can say that this coin looks like it has errors. Just my Two Cents.

I can't tell if the obverse has doubling or it's blurriness and/or glare. A sharper image might help. On the reverse, correct orientation might help. Is the "ufo" actually birds flying? I can't tell. Regardless, grading fees would destroy any added value, so no, not worth grading. Just my opinion.

to the CCF!

This is called Die Deterioration Doubling and is caused by a worn out die. The UFO is where the typical telltale shape of what happens when another coin's rim (ridges) hits the surface of a coin.

That UFO flying bird thing you're seeing is a reeded edge hit from another coin, like Earle42 said.

On the 'I' on American, that is a hit on the coin. These devices are incuse and an incuse mark from coin contact altered that device. No premium for all the die events, coin alteration from circulation. So unless you want to spend as much as $50 to have a 25 cant coin graded, I know I wouldn't do that.
