I think this has been asked before on here, but I think it's a good topic and I'd honestly like to know what everyone's lowest mintage coins are. Mine is my 1983 DDO Proof Mexican Libertad, mintage of 998.

I collect only U.S. coins. My lowest is the $2 1/2 dollar gold made in 1893; the issue was about 30,000.

All of you have me beat! I think my lowest is probably 37K for a 1948 Canada 50c.

My lowest mintage coin is an 1880 Mexican 10 Centavo coin from the branch mint in Chihuahua. A total of 7,620 were minted, all with the initial G of the Assayer, Manuel Gameros. My coin is one of the large G/small G over-assayer variety.

Vietnam commemorative - 1986 soccer championships in Mexico; reported mintage was something like 5,000 (I'd have to check).

I think it would be really fun to collect coins based on mintage figures. Instead of trying to complete sets, try to collect coins with >50,000 minted.

Hmmmmm

I guess mine is a couple of 2008 ASE with the 07 reverse. Around 45,000 - 47,000 minted

Wow, I don't even have a coin with under a million mintages.

My lowest would have to be my 1875-S Twenty Cent Piece at 1.1 mil and then behind that my 1909-S Wheat cent at 1.8 mil.
