After researching Wexler's, I believe this is a D/D, unless I'm just seeing what I want to see.

but when taking a close up picture of the mintmark, take a close up picture of the date with the mintmark and make sure the date is level.

@mic, I agree with your attribution as well. On this RPM, the mintmark is at a fairly significant angle.

Very nice find, and to re-state a comment, the MM AND the date should be both in the full frame - MM positioning is important to assigning an attribution to an RPM
