I see different things in this coin. ...firstly it has a split to the side of coin...if thats how its termed..then at the top left the wording...in God......the I is barely there and the n is so faient ...also looking at his ear it looks rather elf like and large...
Nope I have not been smoking...but thats what I see

As Spence stated, a rolled over Rim Fin. Looks like zinc rot starting on the reverse.
Nothing else of any consequence.

"IN" probably had some grease on die when struck, ear looks normal to me but pictures are not the best.
