The bar does NOT have a serial number though which is slightly concerning; one comparable I have seen does not as well... the design strike on the reverse looks weak. First as you mentioned there is no bar number, all the genuine ones I have seen have one. Also I checked the design under Art Bars, The only ones I could find with that design were sold by Etsy. I also noticed slight differences in the design on the front. I am not saying this is counterfeit but if it was me, I would want to weigh it before purchasing There is enough there to put doubt in my mind but it is your call. Report this Post to the Staff

Maybe bring a magnet in your pocket too for a quick confirmation that it at least isn't a horrible fake. Even better, can you meet the seller at a local coin store and have them zap it to confirm the metal?
