I agree, better pics are needed but this area is also very common for chipping/cracking, off the tail of the 9 and more than likely what you have here.

I still think it's a die crack off the tail of the 9. I see no RPM of any kind here. Sorry.

It does not appear to be FS-502, the mint mark position is way off.

Yours is just a Die crack as already mentioned. On the later die states, die polishing removes the RPM.
