I'm going to say F-15, some of the letters in LIBERTY aren't as sharp as they should be for an VF grade.

I agree with Prethen. There is enough detail for LIBERTY and the reverse ribbon (around the arrow bundle) to warrant a VF-20 grade or even a notch higher. Feather detail is often soft for the San Francisco IHCs. The hit on L of LIBERTY and especially the porosity/corrosion will hurt the value.

I tend to be a real tough grader of Indian cents. I'm swayed to go up to VF.

Nice coin. I agree with VF details. It looks to me as if the coin was cleaned to remove the corrosion. The color doesn't look right.
