There is enough detail for LIBERTY and the reverse ribbon (around the arrow bundle) to warrant a VF-20 grade or even a notch higher. Feather detail is often soft for the San Francisco IHCs. The hit on L of LIBERTY and especially the porosity/corrosion will hurt the value. Report this Post to the Staff
