you know, that is an abused (mutilated) coin UNLESS it is too thin. then it is probably a broadstrike. if it has correct thickness and weight, it is mutilated. make sure you do not accidentally spend it, you might get caught spending a supposedly 'Clipped' coin.

It looks to me to be a nickel that was put in a vise or struck with a hammer and turned 3 times.
Most likely a vise I would say.
