This coin is toned much more vibrantly than the night pics show, and has a HUGE Cud or something on the reverse. Grade?

Holy cow! Enormous obverse clash (to be that visible in these pics), and the biggest die break I've ever seen the Mint release on a 3CN. This one is right down the center of my personal interest alley.

The reverse die is actually in two pieces - note the denticle displacement at 3:00. The coin actually looks out-of-round there. I think it clashed so hard the reverse die broke, this coin was one of the first struck thereafter, and it slipped through before they pulled the die.
