I'll have to re-check my source to see if this is from another mint. All the image I found from there were from the San Frisco mint. (proof coins) Maybe I missed some thing.

The dies you show are from Denver. There is one page is dedicated to just that. Easily confused as I think everything else on that site in regard to die production is San Francisco and West Point.

Ken - I might be opening a can of worms if I start listing errors on tax tokens. However, let me think about it. Also noted on that tax token is a bisecting die crack which is interesting and also a prospect for a file number!
