There is no proof required, provision of evidence is not required... when stating an opinion.

I was responding to Earl who had stated far more than an opinion with his claim of corruption that he pushes all the time. That was the last time I was going to respond to it anyway, there's nothing left to say. Readers just need to know that the claims are unsubstantiated and no evidence exists for the sake of accuracy

"Shred of evidence" - the MS70s I had no problem finding obvious faults with and the experiences of professionals don't count.

I asked for sources to the contrary and you finally supplied me with a starting place - not sure why it took so long. I am unfamiliar with the other forums as a whole. I visit, on and off, the other one you mention when things slow down here, but I would be far from saying I have a good idea of what is there. in fact after upgrading my computer not long ago, my password does not work over there. I spent some time looking into it, but after a few minutes quit looking. It just was not that important to me.

You tried to push this theory on another forum and were quickly rebuked by posters other than myself as well. Like I said there if you don't want to believe me and believe the facts shown everywhere, than go ask on the CU forums where several very large submitters post.

Any links to the exact facts rather than me trying to search forever?

Until you provide any evidence its become clear that it appears you just believe it to be true because you want it to be true.

Ad hominem yet again?

QED

I will continue to offer what I have been exposed to on the issue. If I do find the experiences of the professionals I have been associated so far is in error, I also will be the first one to say so.

I did so when I researched/posted on CCF concerning the issue of getting rid of the US cent. My personal research showed US cents are a total waste to keep producing. I absolutely hate the idea of getting rid of the cent - but my only reasons for opposing the issue were based on my own (foolish in light of fact) sentimental values. Regardless of my personal feelings - I definitely agree the US cent must go.

Also, the ad hominem responses recorded in this thread are certainly detrimental to the other side of the issue.

Awhile ago I asked if you and I could talk in private emails so I could learn what you knew. I sent an email, it never was answered. I reached out again asking you about it and, again, nothing came from the request. Again - this does not help put the opposite side of the issue into a positive light.

So why would I contradict myself?

I don't see the contradiction. You collect slabs because, like you said, you really enjoy the competition on the registry sets. There is only one way to collect in that manner...buying slabs.
