Honestly, I forgot to post when I got back.

How could a coin be produced dated with 44 B.C.?

If that's B.C. = Before Christ, they would not know when he would have been born, and 44 B.C. is probably before Joseph (and maybe Joseph's father) was born.

my mind is becoming boggled and is overheating. must give it time to cool down or more circuits will burn out
