I was asked about this coin on another forum, and I know almost nothing about this kind of stuff, so what kind of error is this, if any?

If you're talking about the line on the head, that's a die crack - not really an error. If it's something else you're talking about, you'll have to describe what you see. Best to always describe what you see and not assume anything.
