DBM Pillar of the Community Canada 9871 Posts	Posted 11/26/2011 10:18 pm Not rotated dies at all.Only the ribbon is rotated,it was applied after the coin was minted with little regard for orientation. stevex6 Pillar of the Community 3352 Posts	Posted 11/27/2011 08:42 am I'm pretty sure that DBM is correct (once again) => the orientation of the painted-ribbon seems totally random ... sadly coincollect1, I just went and found a breast cancer quarter in my spare change mug and it has pretty much the same rotation as the example that you've posted (rats) ... SIDENOTE => "or" I could be wrong and you and I may have found the only two breast cancer quarters with 180 degree die-rotations! doubtful sigh ... but man, it is always exciting when you think you've found a treasure, eh?
