New Safe Is Nice But Could Be A Little Bigger

GR58 Bedrock of the Community United States 11951 Posts	Posted 11/27/2011 5:39 pm I bought this safe at Lowes black Friday sale. I like it, but could be a little bigger. (see pics below) It is 12 cu ft and fire rated. I like how it fits in a spare closet. And now a lot of my coins are in a climate controlled environment, instead of in the bigger safe in the garage. Also I made new shelves, to get away from the gun safe set up. I know other members have asked about safes .. thought I would share my set-up. con: Not all my coins will fit into it. Most of my Dansco albums will fit, along with boxes of rolls and 2X2 boxes. Their is still some room in the bank SDB, need to move more to the bank after I complete a good inventory. I have always heard that when you buy a safe to always get one larger than you think you will ever need.
