So I have been on here on and off all day and havent seen much going on. SOO my question is, has anyone bought anything today and what did you get? How much did you pay? Was it a steal? Part of a collection? Hope to hear from everyone!

I won a NGC PR69 Ultra Cameo Thomas Jefferson Dollar for total cost of $7.26 which is probably less than the cost of getting it graded. I only wanted one for my Jefferson nickel set as it kinda fits in the theme for my collection.

I was outbid on all my purchases today, but I do have a couple of 2¢ pieces supposed to arrive in the mail today! Just low grade stuff though, nothing too spectacular.

Well I didn't get the commemorative I wanted as the seller wouldn't part with it for my asking price of $400--- but I did get a PCGS Proof 70 2005 Sac for $59. Hopefully I can get $5.00 or $6.00 for my 24 hour auction of my PCGS Proof 69!

Well today I have been thinking about what I wanted to get. I cant decide between a 2009P PR69 Deep Cameo Abraham Lincoln Silver Commem to go with my wheats set, a 2002 Pr69 Deep Cameo Tennessee quarter (state I live in), or a box of nickels to go through and put into a whitman folder..decisions decisions..

I stopped by the main pawn shop. There I spoke with the owner who owns 6 in the area. I was looking at some jewelry to purchase. So when we were done with that I said to him that one of the other guys at his other store told me to talk with him about selling me some of his coins. Seems he doesn't want to part with the silver, but he did offer me some 64 kennedys for 25X face. I passed for now, I do have my eyes on a few morgans he has for sale. Other than this he had some over priced CLEANED ouch large cents and 2 cent pieces.
My money is tight but I still keep my eyes open for a deal I can't pass up!

Haven't bought anything lately except for a roll of Garfield dollars and a roll of Vicksburg quarters at the bank last week. It's been pretty slow for me too. I'm trying to finish up a few sets so I'll be hitting ebay this month.

Picked up a '59 Franklin half today. I paid $10 for it (probably over paid). But it is the first of my collection.
