Just wondering if this is PMD or something else.
The markings are on both sides of the rim and edge and are the same size and shape.

Looks like a very small incomplete planchet clip.

Kimberly - it can take 10,000 coins or more to find a decent error. That's what makes them collectible - they are NOT common and are NOT easy to find. I have been through over a million coins and have found fewer than a handful of valuable error coins in all my years searching.

I agree this is a small rim clip. They generally don't carry much premium value.
