Buyer left me negative feedback. He emailed me a few days ago stating he never received his 1936 Buffalo nickel. I politely emailed him back stating to give it a few more days when today, he leaves me this: never receive my coin try to contact seller never respond back BAD bad Buyer: Member id aliyarubio ( Feedback Score Of 106) Nov-28-11 17:57 1936-S Buffalo nickel old U.S. coin Free shipping - 1 cent start auction (# 200667329962) I responded back to him everytime! I would have gladly refunded him too. I emailed him back telling him he's an impatient loser and to never bid on my auctions again! Yes if you go to your feedback page and scroll down all the way, click reply to feedback received and you can respond to their feedback there.

This prompted me to look a little closer at ebay's Feedback rules. As a buyer, I'm overjoyed. As a seller, not so much. What I'd leave him: Quote:
Buyer left Neg within delivery window; coin delivered. Blocked. |

If they left it within the delivery window you may want to call up to paypal and complain, its possible that they will remove the feedback

You could also sue him for defamation since you did respond back despite his claims that you didnt  |

Sorry to hear. Did you responded to every inquiries within ebay email system? If you can prove that the buyer lied about it, call a ebay representative to remove the negative feedback. I always mail my item with delivery confirmation, a level of protection, may not be perfect. But is better than not having it. |

Just type "Blocking bidders and buyers from you listings" in the ebay search bar and it will bring up the link you need. I just blocked your guy too...thanks for the info. |
