I dont see what would stop this coin from getting MS66RB.
there are a few small spots on the back, but its a beautiful coin.

Obverse Few to any mishaps in the fields. Rims are great. I only see 2 marks on the bust. Strike is JUST startig to show a bit of mushiness Toning starting.
Reverse Fields aren't perfect as I see what I'm guessing are a couple of small carbon spots, but I don't see any marks in them. For that matter I don't really see any dings anywhere on the reverse. The strike is super strong. Toning is almost not evident.
I'm with pman on this one. Actually I'm going to outdo him by just a bit.
66+ RB

65RB - while I agree this is more likely a 66RB I see, beyond what springcypress and pman860507 stated, what are some spots on the obv. and I think if we see the coin at a slightly different angle they would show up more holding it to a MS65RB. This coin is a close call, but a beautiful LWC for sure, oh, if it only had an S mm

Of note, this is a harder coin to find in this condition than a 31 S.

Yep, I knew that, many people saved the 31-S as it was low mintage, and collecting LWC's was growing, the 31-D seems priced higher than the P or S in PCGS Price Guide in 66RD but I'll bet both are tougher to find in 66RD today as not as many were hoarded, kind of like the 1950-D Jefferson nickel.

I'm going with MS65 RB, as mentioned, close call on the 66 and hard to say with obv spot.
