I'll say MS64 red, though I don't know if the carbon spots could affect grade/value ?

Well I'm not good at this, but my guess would be higher than your initial MS-60 estimate.

No grade - environmental damage. Looks like PVC.

Yeah, somewhere along the line it was up against PVC plastic, shame.

As I recall it was listed as MS64 Red in an ASYN ebay auction. Its PVC contact would have been before my possession.
