I found this guy in a pile of world coins that the dealer I went to was selling at 10 bucks a pound. So I got it for just 5 cents :D
The date is 1854 or 1834, it's really hard to tell, but it kinda looks more like 1854 :D.
Could any of guys please help me identify this coin?

The face looks like French centimes to me from Napoleon III era (1852-1870).
The reverse is so badly worn the only way to narrow it down is by its size. What's the diameter, composition?
The lowest grade in the catalog starts at Fair for any values but I don't think yours makes that I'm afraid.

I agree with both thai-vic and sander, it is either a 5 or 10 French centimes coin of Napoleon III minted in Paris. As I write I have both a 5 & 10 centimes coin on the desk beside me dated 1856 & 1857 respectively - both well worn having seen some serious circulation!

Could also be a 1 or 2 centimes coin.
Depending on it's size.
1 centime: 15 mm
2 centimes: 20 mm
5 centimes: 25 mm
10 centimes: 30 mm
