Wow! If not for the wood, that would be a 63 brown with a shot at 64. Actually 65 brown for 1921. Nice coin.
PS...I hate woodies. :)

I don't care for them either. I like either bright red or dark chocolate. Anything else seems like a distraction. I don't even like the early date tan ones. I want them in chocolate. I bought this based on grade. Anything XF or better is good to go in the set

The detail on the beard is excellent. Slight rub on the ear. This is a nice coin.

Interesting coin. Appears to be a well struck mint state cent by the obverse but the reverse has areas where the rim isn't even intact. Something you don't see every day.
