Most likely a fake if it really says 1913. I'd take it to a coin shop, if they can't give a definitive answer, send it to PCGS.

Very interesting. I just cant imagine how a 1913 could get that worn. People have been looking for that date since 1920.

 , justme6333! PMD, corrosion. There were only 5 illegally made, all owned by one dealer. One was lost for a couple decades in the 70s, but it has been found. The chance of you finding one? exactly zero, there are none 2b found.
