I'm not sure what you mean, you can upload pretty large images to Photobucket.

I use picasa to edit my pictures, but I don't store pictures there. Never really looking into it.

Picasa Web Albums is only available for people with Google accounts. You can store up to 1GB free, but you have to be a Google+ user to store them larger than 800x800.

Me, I've used the Gimp and Photobucket for so long that I don't really know much about the alternatives to either. And Photobucket allows 2048x1536 images up to 5MB.

are you you are not copying the the link to the thumbnail instead of the picture itself? That could make the picture small like that I would think. I am not saying you are, I am just trying to figure out what is going on

i do not know what is going on, seriously, I will scan both sides of a coin using the same settings, then when I upload them I will get 1 small pic and 1 the size I thought. I have gone through picasa and upped all settings to their max quality/size etc, but when I upload to pb they still come out small, upload the same pics to crapbook and they are all the right size. I joined flickr yestie and it seems to have fixed the problem with different size images and image quality that I had with photobucket.
