I put in my first order with Wizard Coin Supply last Friday. I just received an email this AM saying that my order was shipped. Is it typical for them to take 3 working days to get an order out the door? BTW - please do not take this as a complaint - just curious and a bit surprised.

That sounds about right based on my past experience with them. It takes a lot longer than 3 days when I order PM from some of the big places like APMEX and Provident, so 3 days seems very reasonable to me.

Many companies took Monday off as a holiday MLK Day, my company did not I had to work. But the USPS shut down on Monday as well as all banks too, making a 3 day weekend.

Thanks for the info - I admit I forgot about some places being closed on Monday.

yeah sounds about right, I wouldn't worry. I have ordered 3 times and each time my orders were correct and made it to me in reasonable time with no issues. Good company in my book

They provide Great Service, but sometimes the Holidays gets in the way. I buys enough supplies to last for a year. When the prices go up other Dealer tell me to raise my Prices. Walmart is still working 24 hours aday and their quality of merchandise is inferior

slow down a bit, it's better for your heart.
They furnish a great service in my opinion and will continue to buy from them as time goes by. If I want something "right now" I go to my local coin dealer and pay the premium he wants.

I've ordered from Wizard a few times and am pleased to recommend them. 3 days? Worth the wait.

3 days is much shorter than the wait I had the one time I ordered from them. They seem to shut down for big shows but they don't tell you when you place your order. The prices were ok, but the wait and service were horrible.

Yeah they are a little bit slow, but where else are you gonna go that has the product lines they carry all on one web site. I can look past the turnaround time since the service they provide is pretty good as far as I am concerned.

Also, remember that due to forums like this one mentioning them as a great place to buy from, their sales are probably increasing a lot more than normal. Even this post mentioning their name may inspire some to look up what they offer and buy something from them. Lots of buisness makes an instant deal not as fast as could be. And too, with a Holiday, it is tuff to make up for a lost day.

Keep in mind they attend ALL of the major shows. It always causes a backup in orders.
