I'd say the price was okay, not great, I probably would not pay more than $40.00 on this one maybe $45.00 if I knew I could flip it quick to a buyer. I would be a seller at $55.00. The dark streaks on the reverse look similar to my 1878-CC Morgan I posted earlier this week in this forum, I believe mine was caused by a rubber band in contact with the coin for many years. Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6389 Posts	Posted 01/20/2012 10:52 am Obverse looks VG but the weak reverse rim and worn legend bring down the overall grade. The dents on the obverse and the rim bruise at 7:00 on the reverse constitute significant damage. On the plus side the color looks pretty good and the coin does not appear to have been harshly cleaned. The 1833 is possibly the best date in the small-diameter bust quarter set. I agree the price was maybe OK but not terrific. Report this Post to the Staff
