Coin is in a 2x2, so has a touch of the "waxy" look to it. So...what do you think this will grade?

that thing looks really nice. I am not sure if the Eagle is wear or kind of weakly struck, if its not wear then I would say this looks like it could be MS-64, if it is I would say AU-58. I am looking at this on my TV and even though it is a 55" screen I am still about 10 feet away from it and I have noticed sometimes its hard to see details of a coin very good on here

Luster seems a bit weak and there are a couple small hits above the left side of the date. The eagle's breast appears to have slight wear. I'd guess AU-55. Hopefully surfaces are original but a light cleaning is a possibility.
Let's see some photos out of the 2X2!

I am thinking lightly cleaned, but that may just be the 2x2. Still attractive!

It's hard to get a really good honest photo through plastic mylar of a 2x2 - That is why I'm about to remove my dollars and begin reshooting all of them again, this time with better lighting too.

Funky photos - looks like it was shot through a 2x2 album page too, and has another coin below it? Without getting a really good look at the chain mail, shield detail, toes and feathers it'd be hard to say anything above AU. Still, a wicked nice coin!

I would say AU 55 or 58, there does not appear to be any wear on the chain mail or the right leg Just look at the knee cap! ), the shield may be just weakly struck to go along with the breast feathers on the reverse. There may be a full head there as well, can't tell if all three leaves are there, or the ear-hole opening, but there appears to be brow/hair separation. Nice older album edge toning. I have a 1930 ANACS MS63 FH that has some toning that I am not crazy about, but took too long to decide on returning it. I have 1917 Type II coming in any day now . She is still a looker! Nice Type III (not widely recognized recessed date)!

Very nice coin, I'll go AU, but if its better in hand than in the photo through the plastic it may be a MS60 FH coin. Those little hits above & left of the date are all that is holding it back. I think the angle of the reverse photo probably hurts the ability to see the detail & wear.

I'll be surprised if that's not a MS coin in hand, but I do see the weakness in the eagle's breast. Looking forward to better pics.

It is at least AU and quite possibly MS. I think I see two scratches, one by the mintmark area and another one under We Trvst. The coin has a dipped look to it but that may just be from lighting.
