i looked at all vams from 220 to 232 and cant put a VAM number to this coin. heres a few pictures

has broke forth star, and doubling in liberty and a die chip on frist 8 maybe

got my book out by leroy c. allen @ george mallis fourth edition and it looks like obverse would be II/I and reverse would be C-3 but I cant match this coin to any VAM. even looked at the other die types. the frist 8 has a die chip on the upper loop on left.
