The poll is limiting as I can only pick one or all.
Coin Shops Coin Shows eBay/online CCF individuals

You need multiple choices for this poll, otherwise you will get a very distorted result.
I get my coins from 1. auctions - two different regular ones 2. dealers - many 3. coin shows - I regularly attend 3 different ones.
About 10% of the value of my collection has come from dealers outside Australia. About 30% of the value of my collection has come from auctions. About 20% of the value of my collection was gifted to me.
With that sort of information, I guess that this poll should be re cast with more and multiple choices.

I get most of mine on ebay. I get some from a coin shop that isn't too far away.

Another choice should be "find them laying out in the street" or "metal detector".

I do not buy off of ebay. Been scammed by ebay and paypal for $850 in the past...so...lesson learned. Coins can come from any avenue that I can travel down. For me though, because I am in the middle of nowhere, the internet is my main source....mainly CCF.

A lot of mine come from ebay. Also trading with and buying from friends. New coins from the bank. Some from coin shops but not that much.

I clicked on all of the above but that is only due to it is really only most of them, not all of them. This poll should have been so people could click on as many as are needed. For example I could click on almost all of them except metal detecting and ebay. Other than that, alsmot all apply to some amount.
