I I had some spare cash lying around id be buying a few of these sets and selling them asap. I think that in a few weeks once a couple more have been offered for sale the price will drop. I reckon people are jumping on these ones as they are amongst the first to be offered on ebay. If I wanted one I would be waiting for the frenzy to die down before bidding.

I think buying these as cheap as possible and selling after a short period (?1 year?), would be a strategy to make a profit in the short term.

I see them as a Mint gimmick, but I also concede there is some numismatic value in these. No doubt the Mint perceives market thinking that way as well, although they would not admit it. They wouldn't market them otherwise.

When the complete proof set is $130 its crazy to be getting $110+ for the one coin.
