Сoin - A Spy ?

The coin itself is a Swedish 2 ore, I know during the cold war coins like these were used in Germany during the 50's 60's when there was an increasing amount tension between east and west Germany coins with a secret compartment were used by spies to move messages around. I'm sure that Sweden was pretty neutral during the Cold war so I doubt this is a "spy" coin. may be a souvenir piece?
