I'm no expert, and KisNap is probably right, but the 'WE' looks pretty odd so I would have guessed Die Deterioration.

I'll check back -- it's how I learn.

I see nothing at all out of the ordinary here for a 1962 cent.

By the way, the coin is EMDS so there's virtually NO die wear on the coin, and there is NO evidence at all of Machine Doubling either.
