Was going threw some rolls today and noticed this looks a lot like this variety can any one confirm are tell me why it isn't?

Umm, no. That's a normal small date 1960D Lincoln Cent.

1960D-1DO-001 is a small date over large date. It has all the characteristics of both a large date and a small date cent. It also shows a nice north repunched mintmark.

Thank you for showing me so is there anything on the coin that you can tell that is different? even though it may not be what I thought it was it does appear to be some seperation at the top.

Looks like a normal 1960-D Small date with die wear on the left upper devices on the date.
