It is a private issue "silver round" or a counterfeit of a private issue silver round. It is not a Mexican coin.

It's refering to Pancho Villa.....
The coin is certainly trying to imitate a real Mexican coin through the denticles. The color is weird.
Rest in Peace

The design on the round is honoring both heroes of the 1910 Mexican Revolution.

Emiliano Zapata and Francisco "Pancho" Villa

It is actually a one ounce pure silver bullion "coin" alluding to the two heroes (or villains, depending on your point of view) of the Mexican Revolution.

If put up on ebay they usually do get sold at a little above spot.

Before selling it - make sure it is really silver.

There are many non-silver, plated and debased forgeries of ounce rounds on the market.
