VG10 The obverse is super nice too bad the reverse is so worn, I think that will hold the coin out of F12 range, but that obverse just might make F12 based only on one side! Between wear and scratches on the reverse it's net out at VG to me, good thing the obverse is the side that is so nice, and weighs most to a collector, I'd hate to see the scratches all over the front! Super Coin!

Gotta love any coin starting with "179". Very nice. Obv VG-10, Rev G-6. Net VG-8 with obv rim dings & what appears to be PMD on the lower loop of the B. Variety is O-105 R.4 - only use of OBV die 3 with REV C. There is an O-105a but yours doesn't appear to have die cracks from edge through B to top of head and from lower point of star 15 to bust.

I'm going with G6 due to the PMD that brings it down from a VG8. I would LOVE to have this coin type! A great part of US history! Another wonderful coin BrickellCat!

For some reason I read this as PCGS and not ANACS so I'll update my grade to VG10 details, scratched/damaged reverse. I really like this coin scratches and all! Hope you get a good grade out of ANACS!

I personally do not think the reverse scratches will warrant a details grade but, I could be wrong. In any case, I am upping my grade to G6 too :)

I'm going with a VG-10 Details (cleaned, scratched). I sent off a '95 FHD and it came back VG-8 from them. This one has a bit more detail. That's my story Your Honor and I'm sticking to it! Wonderful coin BTW...
