Otherwise strong detail on the obverse ... could be a VF20 although the rim hit hurts it a little bit but not sure if it bumps it down to F15. Report this Post to the Staff

Joe2007 Pillar of the Community United States 3843 Posts	Posted 04/02/2012 3:15 pm Just a little dark, might have had a light cleaning many years ago and retoned to the almost blackish color. I have a few lower grade Seated Liberty halves that I bought when I was starting out that have similar toning, I was told that they were likely cleaned and retoned.
