I'm putting together a presentation for the International Numismatic Society of San Diego. The topic is Mexico Republic type coins, and I was taking some pics this afternoon.

Picked this one up from Northeast Numismatics a few years ago. NGC says MS66, I agree.

Nice combo of strike, clean surfaces, and some of the prooflike quality that you sometimes get on the Mexico City pieces of these years. Fairly common date, but uncommon condition.
