A new listing on ebay from a "Top Seller" with a 99.9% feedback rating, but it looks strange to me.

Opinions?
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Mint mark looks right for #4. This is actually one of the seller's cheapest offerings - he's got some stupid nice stuff for sale. I think he's desaturating his images too much. Others of his auctions are like that. If his personal monitor color settings are too saturated, he'd do that without ever knowing what was up.

My opinion is cleaned as evident by the color and hairlines.

Yep. Mint mark is an exact match.

Looks like the image has been feathered or cleaned up a bit here and there, though. Not just desaturated.

Any idea on why it was removed? Must have been a fake then?

I didn't do it. :-)

Perhaps they sold it outside of ebay?

It looked dipped and wiped to me, certainly not "choice BU Red"

If that was the case, the ended auction would still exist. Auctions only poof when ebay yanks them or they are more than 60 days old.
