The 1908 looks to be much better than F IMO. gVF-aEF is what I would be putting on it. Pitty it has that ugly toning on the obverse.
VG for the 1911.

I'd say 1908 = EF & 1911 = VG10 although I'd probabaly knock about half a grade off for each coin when coming up with the price, since the surfaces appear to have some corrosion or staining.

I'd say VF-30 (a lot of meat left in the details, but not quite EF) and VG-8

1908 is EF. Very light overall wear. Obverse; All jewels in the crown band very clear as are the pearls (especially the 2 to the left of centre, which is the first thing to show wear). Pearls running down the centre of the crown are all clear and do not blend into each other. Medallions on sash are pretty clear, with the central raised parts still raised, not worn smooth. Some of the spots on shoulder of the robe still show so easily EF. Now, that one needs a dip to get that ugly tarnish off. Reverse; Veins on the leaves are very clear, all elements of the crown very clear, with no jewels or pearls starting to blur.
1911 - the band of the crown is worn completely through above the ear so won't make FINE. Probably VG-10.
