I see light wear on the hair over Miss Liberty's forehead, the lower row of leaves in the wreath, the eagle's wingtips and tail, and the corners of the shield. EF-45 for details seems about right. I don't see any obvious hairline scratches but the overall dull appearance suggest the coin has been cleaned. Hopefully your purchase price was appropriately discounted since this piece should be priced lower than an EF-45 example with original surfaces.

... And even though this coin has been cleaned, it does have a nice look to it...
