It's a real beauty!

Looked at forum coin guide, looks like it is limited to MS-63 but not further as there is a distracting mark on her cheekbone (a prime focal area.)

Was going to grade it MS-62 before I looked...

Was going to say MS-64.

War Nickel brings up a good point, but I think the lack of scratches anywhere else might help to balance the grade out.
Maybe

It's one of those coins you really want to see in person to access color and luster. I actually haven't seen a lot of high grade CuNi IHC's but I would guess they are more flat colored than the brass coins. So after all that I go with the consensus and say MS64

I'm thinking MS63 due to the hit under the eye as well. Great coin though with nice eye appeal in my opinion.
Rest in Peace

I'd got with 64. I see the eye hit, but I can't imagine it is very noticable in hand as these pics are very detailed.

Here's the slab. Should I resubmit for a re-grade?

WOW... Who graded that? that's got to be more than AU, unless the pics aren't telling the truth.

I dont know if "resubmit" means resubmit to ANACS...but I'd certainly get a second opinion...particularly since my grade would markedly increase its value.

I am by no means an expert on US coin grading but from what I have seen on this forum I am shocked that this isn't MS. Very beautiful coin. I would definitely resubmit!

I agree with the slab grading. That scratch under the eye cruelled it.
That's why I wasn't prepared to stick my beak in before it was slabbed.
Otherwise, I guess it may be graded as MS63 details.
Even so, it is a fabulous coin. Can I have it?
