Yes.. I was also going to say, VF cleaned.

What's going on with the reverse at 3 o'clock, looks like a Cud or strike through.

Actually, I don't know if that is a Cud. (Before this topic I didn't even know what is a Cud )

Looks like a planchet lamination to me. Laminations occur when the coin alloy is not properly mixed. The metal separates and peels off the coin. Sometimes the effect is even more dramatic than that; pieces of the coin flake off.
