I am a novice just starting out on learning the bust dime series but, I found this for $3 in a junk bin at the local coin shoppe. I referred to the Cherry Picker's Guide but to no avail. Could someone tell me if this is a Cud or if this is a variety that can be attributed by Greer or Gobrecht? My guess is a Cud due to the weakness on reverse side of date.

Thanks in advance for any information/advice or wisdom you can provide.
Ben

I wish I could help you with your question regarding the Cud but I did want to say that was a good find for a $3.00 junk bin.

If it were a Cud, I would think the inner rim would be missing...no detail at all. Looks like damage to me.
