This coin looks like it had UNC details and then was harshly cleaned. The shine looks very unnatural. It's difficult to see the details in the picture because of it. I'm seeing what appears to be the original finish around the stars and small devices.

I'm gonna have to agree with Susan on this one.Loooks to be cleaned and polished.I think if it was PL then the area around the stars wouldn't be dull in nature.Or someone just rubbed it between their fingers a lot.
Hard to say, but I would guess AU58 details.

unc details sounds about right to me.

Obverse has been shined up nice.....reverse looks like it might retain some luster though.
